Recurrent Genital Herpes: A Case Report

Background: Herpes Simplex Virus type 2 (HSV-2) infection can caused genital herpes with a high recurrence rate. Recurrent affects patients' quality of life and needs rapid treatment.
 Case presentation: This study reported 34 years old male recurrent herpes. The patient developed painful vesicles in the area, which turned into an ulcer. History gonorrhoea urethritis were had been treated. history having unprotected sexual intercourse multiple partners psychological stress within 1 month. DLQI score was 12, DASS 5-85, confirmed that anxiety. Vesicles erosion found area. Tzanck test showed multinucleated giant cells borderline anti-HSV-2 IgG serologies occasional evaluations. Acyclovir 3x400 mg for 5 days used as therapy, no lesion at follow-up.
 Conclusion: develop due to various risk factors, including stress. Pharmacological psychosocial intervention may have beneficial outcome patients.
